accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data, (hereinafter
"Legislation"), is the owner of the website www.s4learning.com (hereinafter, the
"Website").

SCALA defines and uses your Information.

VI. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
